Risk disclosure
Last updated 21 October 2026
Please read this before you buy a challenge. It explains what you can lose, what we are not, and the risks that come with trading.
What you can lose
Every account at MassGrowth Markets is simulated, so you can never lose more than the fee you pay for a challenge. That fee is not refunded once your account opens, and many traders do not pass. Only pay a fee you can afford to lose.
Payouts are not guaranteed
A payout depends on your funded account being in profit, on following our rules, and on passing our checks, including an identity check before your first payout. A funded account ends if it breaks a loss limit, and any profit not yet paid out ends with it.
Trading is risky
Leverage magnifies both profits and losses. Prices can move fast, and can jump over news, at the weekly open and when markets are thin, past the level you set for a stop. A result on a simulated account does not mean you would achieve it with real money, and past results do not predict future ones.
If you also trade real money elsewhere, forex and contracts for difference are complex products that carry a high risk of losing money quickly because of leverage. Never trade money you cannot afford to lose.
We are not your adviser
We do not give investment advice. Nothing on our websites, in our emails or in conversations with our team is a recommendation to buy or sell anything. The Foundation guardrails help you keep each trade small while you learn; they do not make trading safe.
Paying and being paid in crypto
Cryptocurrency transactions cannot be reversed, and money sent to a wrong address or network cannot be recovered. Coin prices can change quickly. Some exchanges take their fee out of the amount you send, which can leave a payment short of the price.
Technology
Your connection, our platform or a price provider can be interrupted. Our rules explain exactly how we handle prices that are late, missing or cannot be confirmed, and how an interruption on our side is reviewed.
Regulation
MASSGROWTH PRO LIMITED is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Our services are simulated trading evaluations, not investment services, so the Financial Ombudsman Service and the Financial Services Compensation Scheme do not cover them. You are responsible for any tax due on your payouts where you live.
