Terms of service
Last updated 21 October 2026
The agreement between you and MassGrowth Markets when you join, buy a challenge, trade and receive payouts. Every account at MassGrowth Markets is simulated: you trade on live prices, but no real money is traded.
1. About these terms
1.1 MassGrowth Markets is a trading name of MASSGROWTH PRO LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 14769602 ("we", "us"). You can reach us at contact@massgrowth.co.
1.2 Your agreement with us is made up of these terms, our rules, our refund policy and our risk disclosure. Our privacy notice explains how we use your personal data. The rules decide everything about how your accounts are priced, filled and judged; these terms cover everything else. If the two ever disagree about trading, the rules apply.
1.3 You accept these terms when you create a trader profile. Please read them, and keep a copy.
2. What we provide
2.1 We run trading evaluations ("challenges"). A challenge gives you a simulated trading account to trade on live market prices under our rules. Pass Phase 1 and Phase 2, and you receive a funded account.
2.2 Every account is simulated, including funded accounts. No real money is traded, no order you place reaches a real market, and you never own or control any real money or financial instrument through us. The balances on your accounts are not money held for you.
2.3 On a funded account we pay you a share of its simulated profit, as a reward from our own money (a "payout"). A payout is not a return on an investment, a wage or a share of any real trading.
2.4 The fee for a challenge pays for the evaluation and access to our platform. It is not a deposit, an investment or margin, and it is never traded.
2.5 We are not a broker, a bank or an investment firm. We do not give investment advice, hold money for you or manage money. MASSGROWTH PRO LIMITED is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Nothing on our websites is a recommendation to trade any instrument.
3. Who can use our services
3.1 To use our services you must:
- be 18 or over;
- not live in, or use our services from, the United States or its territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands and the minor outlying islands), Russia, Belarus, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Cuba, Venezuela, Sudan, Myanmar, Yemen, Iraq or Somalia, and not use the Tor network to reach us;
- not be named on a sanctions list;
- give us true and complete information, and keep it up to date.
3.2 We may add a country to that list when the law or our providers require it. If we do, we will tell you, and you can still request any payout already due on your accounts.
4. Your trader profile
4.1 Your trader profile is yours alone. Each person may hold one profile, with as many challenges on it as they like.
4.2 Keep your password secret. We recommend turning on two-factor sign-in. You are responsible for what is done with your profile until you tell us it has been compromised, and we will help you secure it.
4.3 Accounts cannot be transferred, sold or shared.
5. Buying a challenge
5.1 Prices are shown in US dollars in our store, and you pay in cryptocurrency through our payment provider, NOWPayments. The exchange rate is fixed for the payment window, and you pay NOWPayments' own fee on top of the price.
5.2 An order can be paid for 24 hours. Your account opens as soon as the payment is confirmed in full, and we email you when it does.
5.3 If a payment is short, late or does not match its order, nothing opens until a person at MassGrowth has looked at it. We will then open the account, ask you for the difference, or refund the payment, as our refund policy sets out.
5.4 At checkout you ask us to open your account straight away, and you agree that you lose your right to cancel once it opens. A challenge is not refunded once it is bought, or when you pass it and are funded: our refund policy explains this.
5.5 We may decline an order before your account opens, for example if you are not eligible under section 3. If we do, we return your payment in full.
6. Trading on your accounts
6.1 Our rules set out exactly how your accounts work: the daily loss limit and the maximum loss, the profit targets, prices, execution, costs, margin, trading hours, and what happens when a price cannot be confirmed. There are no other rules.
6.2 Once you have bought a challenge, we will not change the rules that apply to its accounts, except where the law requires it or the change is in your favour.
6.3 Every decision on your accounts is recorded in a tamper-evident audit trail. If you think a decision is wrong, tell us and a person will review it against that record.
7. Fair use
7.1 No trading strategy is banned. What we do not allow is abuse of the evaluation itself:
- letting someone else trade your accounts, or trading someone else's;
- using another person's identity or false details, or holding more than one trader profile;
- acting with other traders to game the evaluation, such as copying trades between accounts held by different people, or opening opposite positions across accounts, here or at other firms, so that one of them passes whatever the market does;
- deliberately exploiting a price or a feature that is obviously wrong;
- attacking, overloading or reverse-engineering our platform, or reaching it other than through our websites;
- hiding where you are to get around the countries in section 3;
- reversing a payment you made without a genuine reason.
7.2 If we reasonably believe you have done any of these, we may close the accounts involved and your trader profile, and withhold any payout that came from the abuse. We will tell you why, and a person will review the decision if you ask.
8. Passing, funding and payouts
8.1 Every pass, and every payout, is checked before the next account opens or the payout is approved, as our rules describe. A check is usually finished within a day.
8.2 On a funded account, your payout is 80% of its profit, unless your plan states another share. You can request one 14 days after you are funded, and then 14 days after each payout, when the account has no open positions. After a payout the account's balance returns to its starting size.
8.3 We pay in USDT (Tron or Ethereum), USDC (Ethereum) or Bitcoin, to the wallet you give us. Please check the address and network carefully: money sent to a wrong address or network cannot be recovered. We pay the network fee.
8.4 Before your first payout we check your identity through Didit. If the check shows that you are not eligible under section 3, or not the person who holds the profile, we cannot pay, and we may close the account.
8.5 You are responsible for any tax due on your payouts where you live. Receiving payouts does not make you our employee, partner or agent.
9. Closing accounts
9.1 An account ends automatically if it breaks a loss limit, as our rules describe.
9.2 We close an account for only five reasons: the payment for it was reversed (a refund or a chargeback), fraud, a breach of these terms, a failed identity check, or your own request. We record the reason and the name of the person who authorised the closure.
9.3 You can ask us to close any account at any time. A closed account is not refunded (see our refund policy), and any payout already approved on it is still paid.
9.4 You can ask us to close your trader profile at any time. We keep the records the law requires, as our privacy notice explains.
10. Certificates
10.1 Each pass, funding and payout earns a numbered certificate with a public page, showing your initials unless you choose to show your full name. We may withdraw a certificate if the payment behind it is reversed, or for fraud.
11. Referral links
11.1 You can share your own referral link and earn a commission on what the traders you refer pay for their challenges, at the rate shown on your affiliate page when the commission is earned. A commission becomes payable 14 days after their payment, and we send it to your wallet once your identity is verified. Referring yourself never counts. The affiliate page in your trader profile sets out the rest of the programme's rules.
12. Our platform
12.1 We work to keep our platform available at all times, but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. If an interruption on our side affects your account, we review it as our rules describe.
12.2 Our prices come from our market-data provider. Markets can move fast and gap, and the rules explain how we handle prices that cannot be confirmed.
12.3 We may improve and change the platform. A change never reduces what you are entitled to under the rules for an account you have already bought.
13. Changes to these terms
13.1 We publish every change here with a new date, and email you if you have a trader profile. A change applies to challenges bought after it is published; accounts you already hold keep the terms they were bought under, unless the law requires otherwise or the change is in your favour.
14. Our liability to you
14.1 Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit. Your legal rights as a consumer are not affected.
14.2 Otherwise, our total liability to you for anything to do with a challenge is limited to the fee you paid for it, plus any payout approved on it and not yet paid.
14.3 We are not responsible for loss we could not reasonably have foreseen, or for loss caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as failures of the internet, our providers or the markets. We provide our services to you as an individual, so we are not responsible for any business loss.
15. Complaints and the law
15.1 If something goes wrong, email contact@massgrowth.co. We reply within 5 working days and aim to resolve every complaint within 14 days.
15.2 These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts can hear any dispute. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings there. If you live elsewhere as a consumer, you keep any protection the law where you live gives you.
16. General
16.1 We may transfer this agreement to a company that takes over our business; your rights will not be reduced. You may not transfer it.
16.2 If a court decides part of these terms is invalid, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later.
16.3 We send notices to the email address on your trader profile.
